How To Use:
Twist the base to advance the gel pencil liner and trace along the upper and lower lashline to define and enhance the appearance of lash volume. Use the liquid liner on the opposite end to create a bold, defined look or a dramatic wing by holding the precision tip at a slight angle. For a perfect wing, draw a thin line away from the outer corner and connect it to the center of the lashline, applying two coats to fill in any gaps.
